In 2020, the 5th “Zhi-Hong” ISS-AM with the theme of “Advanced Functional Materials” was organized successfully. 9 top-level experts from Harvard University, Northwestern University, Dresden University of Technology, University of New South Wales Australia were invited to give academic lectures. 22 international students from Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Brazil, Russia and other 9 countries and 28 Chinese students attended this program online. In addition to understanding the charm of materials, students experienced the long-standing Chinese culture.
